Smart staff, very nice clean building, cheap rooms. Had the continental breakfast, found it to be more than adequate. Very early check-in and efficient service. Also, a Shinto shrine was max 15 minutes walk to😃

The hotel was tidy and the breakfast was hot. Extremely friendly staff that were eager to help. It was good to have fine drinks in the beach bar. Beautiful beach was located near the venue.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, free breakfast, immaculate room and comfy bed. Hotel was perfectly clean. It was just a walk down to Ramen Zundoya, where you can have dinner.

Worth its 3 stars. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. As a bonus it was right by Higashi-shinjuku subway station.
